We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Guard to join our team. Duties
- Monitor premises through regular patrols and surveillance systems to prevent theft, vandalism, and other criminal activities.
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
- Enforce rules and regulations to ensure the safety of all individuals on the property.
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations for reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary to report incidents or provide information.
- Conduct security checks of buildings and grounds to identify potential security risks.
- Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying suspicious behavior and reporting it accordingly.
Skills
- Proven experience in law enforcement or security roles is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in operating CCTV systems and other surveillance equipment.
- Strong understanding of loss prevention techniques and strategies.
- Excellent observational skills with the ability to remain alert at all times.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for reporting incidents clearly.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to potential security issues.
