Kidco Construction is looking for motivated and dedicated individuals to join our Earthworks Division for the 2025 season and receive training on operating a CAT 651 Single-Engine Scraper.
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
- 1 or more years of experience operating heavy construction equipment, like a Packer, or Rock Truck.
- Understands how to safely operate heavy equipment on an earthworks construction site
- Interested in learning how to operate a single-engine Scraper
- Ability to follow plans and maintain production with a high attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual, demonstrating a strong work ethic
- Team player who excels in a collaborative environment
- Reliable transportation to the site and a valid driver’s license
