Job Overview:
GrizzlyTrek is currently seeking one Scraper Operator (Camp Position) to join our Valued Clients team at various project sites in Alberta. This is a Temporary/Contract position, ideally suited to an individual committed to excellence and safety.
Responsibilities:
Operate scraper equipment to move and level earth on construction and industrial sites.
Perform daily safety and maintenance checks on equipment.
Follow project specifications and site supervisor instructions.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience operating scrapers in a construction or industrial setting.
Valid driver’s license and safety certifications (e.g., CSTS, Ground Disturbance, H2S Alive).
Strong knowledge of heavy equipment operations and site safety protocols.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in camp-based or remote projects.
Familiarity with GPS-guided equipment systems.
Ability to work extended shifts and in varying weather conditions.
Work Environment:
Camp accommodations provided.
Remote project sites with exposure to outdoor elements.
Must be physically fit to operate heavy machinery and work long shifts.
