Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and providing administrative support.
Monday to Thursday, some Fridays
Duties:
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Coordinate with patients to arrange appointments
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries
- Provide administrative support such as proofreading documents and filing
- Utilize phone systems to manage incoming and outgoing calls
- Assist with customer support inquiries
- Sending and entering reports
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred
- Proficient in office tasks such as filing, proofreading, and phone etiquette
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Billingual (Must speak French and English)
