We’re looking for a full-time Server’s Assistant / Food Runner to join our team. This is an entry-level, non-management hourly position and a great starting point for anyone interested in building a career in hospitality. You'll play a key role in the flow of service by supporting both the front-of-house and kitchen teams to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

THE ROLE

As a Server’s Assistant, you'll ensure tables are set, cleared, and maintained to our standards, polish glassware and cutlery, and keep service areas stocked and clean. As a Food Runner, you’ll act as the bridge between kitchen and dining room, delivering dishes accurately and promptly while supporting the pace and rhythm of service.

You’ll work closely with servers, chefs, expeditors, and fellow support staff to keep service running smoothly from open until final seating.


WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately to guests
  • Maintain clean and organized tables, stations, and service areas
  • Support servers and the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow
  • Polish and restock glassware, cutlery, and other service essentials
  • Communicate effectively with team members and follow direction from leadership


QUALIFICATIONS

  • No prior restaurant experience required—we’ll train you!
  • Serving It Right certification (required or willing to obtain)
  • Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move with trays and dishes comfortably
  • Comfort working on your feet in a busy, high-energy setting
  • Positive attitude, clear communicator, and team player
  • Passion for hospitality and interest in food/wine is a plus

AVAILABILITY
