Position Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and configure SAP TM solutions within S/4HANA environments
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional SAP TM designs
- Lead workshops and prepare functional specifications in collaboration with technical teams
- Configure freight order management, planning, execution, charge calculation, and settlement
- Integrate SAP TM with S/4HANA modules such as SD, MM, EWM, and FI/CO
- Support logistics execution and carrier collaboration via SAP LBN
- Provide post-implementation support and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with SAP TM, including SAP LBN
- Deep expertise in SAP TM embedded in S/4HANA
- Strong functional knowledge of TM order management, freight planning, tendering, costing, and settlement
- Proven experience integrating SAP TM with SD, MM, EWM, FI/CO, and third-party logistics systems
- Participation in at least two full-cycle SAP TM implementations (preferably on S/4HANA)
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- SAP TM certification, nice to have
