Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and enthusiastic SAP BASIS Trainer to conduct remote training sessions for both individual learners and corporate clients. This role is perfect for professionals who have real-world SAP BASIS experience and a passion for teaching.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver structured and interactive SAP BASIS training sessions online.
- Customize training modules for participants based on experience level (beginner to advanced) and client needs.
- Create hands-on exercises, real-time scenarios, and assessments to reinforce learning.
- Support learners during and after sessions with queries and mentoring.
- Keep training content updated with the latest SAP BASIS innovations and practices.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP BASIS administration.
- Prior experience delivering SAP BASIS training (online or classroom).
- Strong understanding of SAP system architecture, installations, upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Ability to handle both individual learners and corporate training sessions effectively.
- Comfortable using virtual platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP Certification in BASIS or related domain.
- Experience with S/4HANA, HANA DB, and cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Exposure to real-time SAP projects and migrations.
