Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cook /Sandwich Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. As a Sandwich Maker, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality sandwiches and ensuring that all food safety standards are met. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to customer specifications and menu guidelines.
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and handled according to food safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.
- Assist in meal preparation by chopping vegetables, cooking meats, and preparing sauces as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while working in the kitchen environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food handling practices.
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards customers and coworkers.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
