We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Salon Assistant to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Assist stylists with various salon services, including nails and treatments.
- Sanitate tools and workstations to maintain a clean and safe environment for both clients and staff.
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries.
- Support retail sales by promoting salon products and assisting clients in selecting suitable items.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure a seamless salon experience.
- Upsell additional services and products to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive experience for clients.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Experience in retail sales is a plus, with an understanding of upselling techniques.
- Basic knowledge of hair styling techniques is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
