We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to spearhead the design and delivery of robust, scalable, and high-performance Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, development best practices, and integration strategies while providing technical leadership and mentorship to the engineering team. This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver end-to-end Salesforce platforms to support service workflows, scheduling, customer engagement, field operations, and other critical business processes.
- Design and build scalable solutions using Salesforce declarative tools and programmatic components, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and API integrations.
- Lead technical solution discussions with internal teams and clients to define strategies that align with business goals and ensure long-term system maintainability.
- Define and optimize data models, automation frameworks, UI components, and role-based security models in accordance with compliance and governance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and deliver features that align with stakeholder requirements and business outcomes.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance, promoting Salesforce development best practices and innovative approaches to solution delivery.
- Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and technical excellence.
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Bulk API, and other integration tools and frameworks.
- Contribute to Salesforce Field Service implementations, ensuring scalable and efficient service operations.
Qualifications
Salesforce Certifications:
- Platform Developer I & II
- Application/System Architect
- Field Service Consultant
Experience:
- Minimum 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including custom objects, Apex classes/triggers, Flows, Visualforce, LWC, and Aura Components.
- Proven track record of end-to-end solution delivery, including technical design, implementation, and deployment.
- Strong experience with Salesforce APIs, including REST, SOAP Web Services, and Bulk API.
- Demonstrated experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems and third-party applications.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, and best practices.
Leadership & Communication:
- Ability to lead technical discussions, make architectural decisions, and define scalable solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems integrated with Salesforce.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in Agile teams with cross-functional stakeholders.
