Responsibilities:
- Transport, set up, and manage a pop-up tent at assigned locations.
- Perform rock chip repairs (training provided).
- Proactively engage customers, explain the benefits of windshield repair, and close sales.
- Handle transactions and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude to attract more customers.
- Ensure all equipment is properly handled, stored, and transported.
- Provide daily updates and reports on work completed.
Requirements:
- Strong sales and customer service skills – must be comfortable approaching people.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle with enough space for a pop-up tent and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- No prior windshield repair experience required – we provide full training.
Compensation:
- Base pay + commission + performance-based bonuses.
