As a Sales & Watercare Specialist at Mario’s Pool & Spa you will be responsible for maintaining the day to day operation of our retail store. This includes, but is not limited to stocking shelves, unloading shipments, sweeping floors and creating/maintaining in store displays.
Additionally, you will be responsible for serving customer requests in store, over email, phone, and text (using our web based texting applications). These requests will typically be either sales inquiries or diagnosing and resolving customer issues with water, plumbing or other accessories. Specialized training will be provided.
An ideal Sales & Watercare Specialist is an expert in diagnosing problems using logic and process of elimination. Additionally, has a great personality and is easy to get along with.
Communicating with customers in an effective and professional manner is extremely important to success in the role. Mainly working in the showroom, water test lab, stock rooms and warehouse as needed to service in store client needs.
