About the Role
This isn’t a typical sales role. As a Sales Specialist on our Rent-to-Own team, you’ll act as a guide, educator, and advocate for clients who are ready to take the first step toward homeownership but need support getting there. Many of our clients are overcoming setbacks or facing uncertainty—and you’ll be there to offer clarity, confidence, and a way forward.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients and introduce them to the Rent-to-Own pathway
- Learn each client’s unique financial story and recommend tailored solutions
- Build trust and long-term relationships through honest guidance and follow-through
- Collaborate with internal teams—finance, legal, operations—to ensure a seamless client experience
- Break down complex financial processes into clear, step-by-step plans
- Provide client feedback to help refine and expand our offerings
What You Bring
- Experience in sales (real estate, finance, or other service-based roles preferred)
- A genuine passion for helping people reach life-changing goals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build trust
- Flexibility and creative problem-solving to meet clients where they’re at
- A results-driven mindset grounded in ethical, client-first service
- Real estate experience is a bonus—not a must. We offer full training and mentorship.
