About the Role:
The Head of Canadian Sales for Markets/Lending will play a pivotal role in driving new business and renewals within the Canadian market. This position requires a strategic mindset to align with overall sales strategies and to innovate solutions that meet client needs.

The Team:
The Canadian sales team is focused on collaboration and innovation, promoting a unified approach across Enterprise Solutions and Markets/Lending. We value teamwork, best practices, and continuous improvement to enhance our service delivery.

Responsibilities and Impact:
Sales Leadership:
Drive new business and renewals for the Markets/Lending product line, ensuring alignment with overall sales strategies.
Lead the Canadian sales strategy for Markets/Lending, including innovative solutions and product enhancements.
Identify and promote add-on services relevant to Markets/Lending, capturing white space opportunities.

Collaboration:
Partner with the marketing team to execute executive roadshows and product spotlights tailored for the Canadian market.
Work closely with the CCO and Enterprise Solutions Account Management teams to ensure seamless customer engagement and identify renewal upsell opportunities.
Foster a unified Canadian sales team across Enterprise Solutions and Markets/Lending, promoting best practices and collaboration.
Help spearhead talent development initiatives, focusing on regional hiring and mentorship programs.

Growth Initiatives:
Assist in refining customer segmentation strategies for Markets/Lending, including buyside, sellside, and private equity clients.
Drive campaigns that align sales specialists with lead generation efforts specific to the region.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive growth in the Markets/Lending segments, identifying cross-sell opportunities.
Represent Canada on the Americas sales leadership team, contributing to strategic discussions and initiatives.

Impact Areas:
Scale best practices across the Canadian sales team to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Facilitate monthly pipeline meetings to track progress and adjust strategies as necessary.
Partner with Markets/Lending commercial leadership to foster growth and sales in Canada.
Transform the regional sales approach to capitalize on customer data synergies and cross-selling opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:Basic Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales leadership within financial services or related fields.
Strong understanding of Markets and Lending products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in the Canadian market.
Familiarity with customer segmentation strategies and lead generation campaigns.
