We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Duties
- Promote and represent Compassion Homecare Services to prospective clients, healthcare professionals, retirement communities, case managers, and community partners.
- Generate and follow up on leads through networking, outreach, and local marketing efforts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with families, caregivers, and community stakeholders.
- Track leads, referrals, and activities.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategic sales plans.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and community engagements to build brand visibility
Qualifications
- Proven experience in healthcare sales, homecare, or community outreach (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate, client-focused approach.
- Previous experience as a healthcare Aide/ Nurse is an asset.
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
