We are looking for a dedicated professional to assist in developing our customer base and increasing brand awareness through publishing in Canada.

If so, join us to work across datasets and alongside internal teams to forecast customer demand and drive availability and visibility for InInTown’s books online.
Duties
- Ensure online availability and prepare and utilize sales forecasts on a title-by-title basis, working with internal teams to plan inventory requirements.
- Swiftly react to and act on sales opportunities based on real-time data and trends.
- Support online promotion planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Respond to account-specific inquiries and troubleshoot accordingly.
- Execute and respond to day-to-day sales reporting; collaborate on process improvements within the team.
- Help customers resolve inquiries and provide excellent service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support sales initiatives and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of sales/retail experience.
- A demonstrated ability to work well both independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (experience with VLOOKUP and pivot tables will be an asset).
- Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to prioritize objectives and consistently meet deadlines.
- An inclusive approach to your work, supported by cultural competency and a proven ability to collaborate with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficient in both English and Chinese (preferred).
This role requires three days per week at our Richmond office. As such, we require candidates to reside within commuting distance of our office.

Pay: $16.75-$35.80 per hour
