Homes by Avi Group of Companies is seeking a creative, motivated, passionate, and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our Calgary multi-family division.
Homes by Avi has been building homes since 1978 with home building divisions in Calgary, Edmonton and Austin, Texas. Over the past 23 years, our multi-family division has developed over 40 communities and grown its capability as a multi-family developer to include Avi Construction Management - a merchant builder focused on third-party clients needing a professional committed builder to deliver multi-family and mixed-use developments on time and on budget.
Sales Manager – Multi-Family Home Sales
Reporting to the Sales Director, this role works directly with our multi-family sales team to produce creative cost-effective sales programs that result in customer development & market growth while achieving sales budget and increasing market share.

Your depth of leadership experience within the multi-family new home sales industry will allow you to jump in to pricing evaluations, budgeting, strategic planning and market assessments in order to support the long-term objectives of the Company.

What You Will Do
- Execute sales initiatives that respond to the market challenges and opportunities, and supports an overall brand image for the company.
- Provide leadership and motivation to the multi-family sales team to perform together at peak efficiency with an enthusiastic and positive attitude toward the company and its customers.
- Implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets including volume and margin.
- Foster positive relationships with developers to ensure collaboration and mutual success.
- Work with the Sales Director to design, implement, & execute unique, fiscally responsible sales programs.
- Support the corporate marketing teams with media plans, promotions & events.
- Analyze the market and determine opportunities and threats to the business, including pricing product to fit within the result of the analysis.
Your Qualifications – The Must Have’s
- 5+ years of professional experience in in multi-family new home sales management.
- Proven success in a role directly responsible for the development, execution, and achievement of sales targets.
- Ability to quickly learn new concepts, be flexible to changes in priorities/tasks, and bring a strong sense of ownership to everything you do.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management skills and organizational abilities along with superior interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of sales performance metrics and CRM software.
- Proven track record of gathering industry intel to determine market position and competitive advantage.
