Job Description
Our collaborative, energetic, and friendly managers contribute to the success of our sales team. This is a regular full-time position and is located in Southwestern Ontario.

Your responsibilities will be the following:
- Collaborate with the general manager, sales team, and store managers to plan and execute sales initiatives.
- Lead and support your sales team to meet sales targets and promote NAPA marketing programs.
- Recruit, train, and motivate staff while building strong relationships across the district.
- Participate in district and regional meetings and stay informed on local market trends.
- Implement corporate sales strategies and regularly monitor sales performance through weekly and monthly reports.
Qualifications
To join our team, you need:
- 5 years experience in sales management
- Experience leading and developing teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM's and other technologies
- Post secondary education in business, commerce, marketing or a related field (asset)
- Experience the automotive field is considered an asset
