Join our team as a Sales Coordinator, bridging project management, customer service, and sales relationships to drive seamless transactions and customer satisfaction.responsibilities effectively.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts by managing customer accounts, facilitating communication between departments, and ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while contributing to business development and customer satisfaction.
Work Schedule and Location
This full-time permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday through Friday, with opportunities for overtime. Working onsite at our head office at 1595 Lobsinger Line, Waterloo, ON N2J 4G8.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales processes, from order creation to delivery and installation
- Ensure accurate sales orders, contracts, and payments
- Collaborate with sales, installation, and marketing teams to meet customer needs
- Monitor inventory, fulfillment efficiency, and delivery timelines
- Maintain accurate customer database and utilize high-level CRM workflows
- Support marketing initiatives and track sales lead sources
- Provide feedback to improve processes and customer experience
Performance Metrics
- Track deliveries and installations (monthly and yearly comparisons)
- Monitor customer review scores and fulfillment timelines
- Analyze marketing lead source effectiveness (e.g., repeat, cold calls, social media)
Qualifications
