Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting and driving our business development efforts, building strong client relationships, and helping to grow our presence across various markets. The Sales Coordinator will work closely with the sales and operations teams to generate leads, follow up with clients, and ensure seamless communication and support throughout the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify new business leads through research, cold calling, and outreach
- Conduct follow-ups with prospects and existing clients to advance opportunities and maintain engagement
- Support and lead business development initiatives in collaboration with the sales team
- Develop proposals, prepare quotations, and assist with RFP responses
- Manage client accounts, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and relationship growth
- Track sales activities, maintain CRM records, and report on pipeline progress
- Coordinate with operations and project management teams to align sales commitments with project execution
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by understanding client needs and providing value-driven solutions
Qualifications
- Preferably specializing in marketing, with an interest in business development, sales, and operations
- Actively searching for a 12-month internship
- Interest in construction, environmental consulting, and remediation services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to team success
- Willingness to travel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
