As a Sales Consultant, you will be given high-interest leads who are ready to listen to your pitch. They have a clear "money-problem" that needs to be solved.
You get the leads, the training, the sales software, the support, the infrastructure, and the fulfilment team.
You just need to sell.
Our team does all the execution, as we have for 10+ years.
You set your own schedule. You put in the work. You decide what level of success you want to achieve.
Ideal for people who might want to be real estate agents, open a franchise, or even start their own business. You can do that with all the infrastructure built out for you.
This is an eat-what-you-kill role. Successful Sales Consultants can earn high-5 or even 6-figures in their first year.
WHO WE'RE PARTNERING WITH
As a Sales Consultant, we are feeding you pre-qualified leads who have opted in for an appointment. From there, you are responsible for the full-cycle client experience. From first call to signing the contract.
You are a natural seller, who doesn't let "no" ruin your day. You review highly qualified leads, schedule calls, send emails, and talk to people who can benefit from our service.
Then you use our proven sales methodology to generate sales.
We're fortunate to have a strong brand and plenty of success stories. You will benefit from all this.
We provide the tools to succeed (software, leads, training, etc.) And you will run your own process, from start to finish. This means actively building your buyer list, managing your sales targets, and keeping clients happy.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review leads and reply quickly when they come in.
- Take ownership of the sales process from the first moment.
- Reach out to cold leads in our CRM to reignite sales opportunities.
- Manage the full sales process from start to finish.
- Understand Influicity’s business, people, strengths, and processes, inside and out, so you can represent us to clients.
- Consistently develop new and innovative ways to provide value, get attention, and delight clients/prospects so when they're ready to buy, we're the only logical choice.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Has an entrepreneur / business owner mindset. We give you a resources and a target: you go, go, go! Your success is in your own hands.
- 3+ years previous sales experience
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Super familiar with digital marketing (i.e. google ads, meta ads, social media, podcasts, influencers, tiktok, email, etc.)
- Comfortable with work software (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.)
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
