Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers with their inquiries and understanding their buying needs
- Educating potential buyers on our products, model options, features, purchase and finance options
- Communicating with customers during and after the sale to ensure they get full customer satisfaction
- Cold calling new prospective clients and developing new sales leads
- Lead generation
- Use sales negotiating and closing techniques effectively
- Meet monthly sales targets
- Complete all sales documentation in a comprehensive and accurate manner
- Maintain product knowledge and keep up to date with finance options, promotions, servicing plans, and industry trends
- Be proactive by seeking new customers through prospecting and referrals
The earning potential for this position is uncapped and will grow with your customer portfolio.
