Join Our Sales Team
We’re seeking a dynamic and personable sales professional to join our Edmonton office. In this role, you'll help drive our continued growth by building strong relationships with clients across North America and internationally. If you enjoy discovering new business opportunities and creating long-term customer connections, we’d love to hear from you. Compensation package including base salary and commissions is competitive with the industry and based on experience, estimated between $70,000 and $100,000 per year.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell products directly to end-users and through equipment distributors
- Generate leads through inbound inquiries and proactive cold calling
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and follow-up
- Manage the full sales cycle using our CRM system
- Understand client needs, prepare customized quotes, and process orders
- Represent Cranesmart at trade shows and in-person sales presentations both nationally and abroad
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience
- Marketing knowledge or experience is an asset
- Background in industrial equipment or technical sales is preferred
- Proficient with office software and CRM tools
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
