Job Responsibilities:
· Identify and prospect new clients, including architects, designers, contractors, and construction firms.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
· Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements, advising on appropriate glass products for specific applications.
· Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to effectively position offerings.
Qualifications & Requirements
· Proven experience in outside sales, field sales, or business development (industry-specific experience is a plus) in a B2B environment (min 1–3 years).
· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to achieve sales targets.
· Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
· Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
· High school diploma required; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

· Starting salary during the probationary period is $4,000 per month. Upon achieving minimum performance goals, total annual compensation (base salary plus commissions) will reach approximately $100,000 with great potential for growth!
