What you’ll do:
- Provide customers with expert advice on the latest smartphones and accessories
- Assist with selecting the best cellular plans that suit your customer’s needs
- Stay up to date on the latest mobile technology, industry trends and promotions
- Cross-sell in other electronics departments in a collaborative manner with your work peers
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships
