What You'll Do:
As a Cellular Sales Associate, you'll be at the forefront of creating an exceptional in-store customer experience in consumer electronics. Your main goal? To enthusiastically "Close the Sale" and ensure every customer leaves happy. You'll be responsible for:
- Personal sales across various product categories, including Cellular, Laptops, Tablets, Personal Audio, and Digital Imaging.
- Activating and processing cellular phone activations.
- Assisting customers with their cellular questions and concerns.
- Maintaining merchandising standards that highlight our top-quality brands.
- Upholding an exceptional standard of customer service in a positive team environment.
We're Looking for Someone Who:
- Is passionate about providing the greatest in-store customer experience.
- Has a drive to close sales and achieve targets.
- Is eager to develop product knowledge in Cellular, Laptops, Cameras, and Tablets.
- Possesses a positive attitude and a great work ethic.
- Experience in cellular sales is preferred, but not required – we'll train the right candidate!
