Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide personalized assistance.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately.
- Maintain product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise displays.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with professionalism.
- Uphold store cleanliness and organization standards to enhance the shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
- Utilize phone etiquette when communicating with customers over the phone, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or technical sales is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus but training will be provided.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
