Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly and confident Sales Associate to join our team at Silken Lingerie and Swim, a boutique specializing in lingerie and swimwear. The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion, body positivity, and helping customers feel their best. You will play a key role in providing personalized service, assisting with bra fittings, and helping customers find the perfect pieces to suit their style and needs.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a warm and professional manner.
- Conduct bra fittings to ensure proper fit and comfort. (Training provided if necessary.)
- Offer styling advice and product recommendations for lingerie and swimwear.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Process transactions and handle returns/exchanges efficiently.
- Restock merchandise and assist with inventory management.
- Stay up to date on product knowledge and trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build lasting relationships.
Requirements:
- Comfortable conducting bra fittings (training available).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for helping customers feel confident and comfortable.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
