Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our dynamic team in Scarborough, Canada. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales performance in our retail environment.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, assessing their needs, and offering personalized product recommendations
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process transactions
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, new arrivals, merchandise locations, and current fashion trends
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to a positive work atmosphere
- Participate in inventory management and restocking activities as needed
- Adapt to changing customer needs and market trends to maximize sales opportunities
