Head over Heels is a women's footwear boutique located in downtown Victoria. We’re looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic, shoe-loving person to join our team. This is a great opportunity to be creative and to participate in all aspects of a locally-run independent boutique!

14-21 hours per week; 2-3 shifts per week - Saturdays and a week day (the store is open Monday-Saturday, 10:30-5:30)
This a part-time position with the potential to take on more shifts as required.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Sales and customer service
- Social media and webstore maintenance—including photography and content creation
- Shipping and receiving orders
- Merchandising and tidying
- Input in buying process
Previous experience in customer service role an asset.
Job requires some physicality: climbing ladders, lifting boxes and unpacking orders, and working on a concrete floor.
