Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic Sales team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales through effective communication and product knowledge. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers while meeting sales goals and promoting our products door to door.
Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Assist customers with product selection, upselling alarm and automation products, and cross-selling to enhance their shopping experience.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively.
- Process transactions/deposits accurately through cashiering duties, including handling cash and credit card payments.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.
Skills
- Proven sales experience in door to door environment is preferred.
- Strong upselling skills with the ability to identify opportunities for additional sales.
- Proficiency in basic math for accurate transaction processing.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory.
- Experience in cashiering duties, ensuring accuracy in handling payments.
- Ability to conduct engaging product demos that highlight key features effectively.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
- Exceptional customer service skills, fostering positive relationships.
