Effective Communicator: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Cash Handling Experience: Previous experience handling cash and accepting payments via Visa and MasterCard.

Detail-Oriented: Demonstrated organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a professional work ethic.
Sales-Driven: Ability to independently drive sales while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.

Team Player: Positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and ability to work effectively within a team dynamic.
Presentation Skills: Capable of effectively conveying information to customers in one-on-one or small group settings.
Physical Requirements: Able to lift 30 pounds without assistance, and must be at least 19 years of age.
Product Knowledge: Familiarity with pod systems, Disposables, Atomizers, External and Internal Battery mods is a plus.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide informed guidance on electronic cigarette usage.
Exceptional Service: Create memorable experiences for customers by fostering genuine relationships and addressing their needs compliantly.
Operational Excellence: Adhere to all company standards and procedures, including education, merchandising, cleanliness, and security protocols.
Age Verification: Diligently check identification for customers who appear to be under 25 years of age.
Insight Sharing: Share valuable customer, product, and operational insights with the Store Manager to enhance business performance.
Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and product developments to provide informed recommendations to customers.
Payment Handling: Process payments efficiently and accurately, including cash, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and debit transactions.
Promotional Awareness: Create awareness of promotional programs and sales to drive customer engagement and sales.
