Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products that meet their needs.
- Provide knowledgeable product demonstrations and explain features and benefits to customers.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, including cash handling and credit card processing.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Build rapport with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business through excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall store performance.
- Stay informed about new products, promotions, and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with technology sales is a plus, as well as experience with product demos.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $16.75-$22.38 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
