As a Sales Associate at COBS Bread, you will:
- Work collaboratively within a small team to provide exceptional customer service and foster a welcoming environment.
- Be responsible for merchandise displays and executing promotional marketing campaigns.
- Help maintain cleanliness in the bakery and assist in production tasks, giving you the chance to learn baking skills.
Requirements
What we are looking for in a successful candidate:
- Someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and creating a friendly shopping experience.
- Experience with cash handling and POS systems is preferred.
- Previous experience in retail is a plus but not mandatory.
- Positive and friendly attitude is essential.
- Must be reliable, self-motivated, and open to learning new skills.
- Team player who enjoys interacting with people and working in a collaborative environment.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Frequent use of hands for various tasks including operating the POS system.
- Occasional lifting and carrying of products up to 7.5 kg.
- Reaching, bending, and turning as needed for various tasks.
- Occasional lifting of items up to 22 kg and performing tasks such as pushing, pulling, and crouching.
