Your Role Includes:
- Selling phones, plans, and accessories with confidence of Rogers / Fido / Chatr
- Assisting customers with device issues and service questions
- Performing basic to advanced phone/tablet repairs (training available)
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving tech problems
- Keeping the store tidy, stocked, and ready to roll
- Hitting sales and service targets while delivering top-tier experiences
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Interest in mobile tech and learning repairs
- Previous Rogers / Fido retail experience is a plus
- Reliable, punctual, and team-focused
- Comfortable using POS systems and handling customer interactions
- Able to work weekends and flexible shifts

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
