Ahiri is a Toronto-based direct-to-consumer womenswear brand. We are delighted to have opened our flagship store on Queen Street just over a year ago and are looking for talented and driven individuals to grow with us! We’re looking for a high-energy, approachable Retail Associate with a passion for fashion and a proven track record in high-end retail sales. The successful candidate must be available to work up to 30 hours a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products, brand, and current fashion trends to assist customers effectively
- Provide exceptional customer service, creating a personalized shopping experience to customers
- Maximize sales opportunities to meet store sales targets
- Collaborate with the management team to implement sales strategies and meet sales targets
- Participate in inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising to maintain store standards
- Executing opening and closing procedures
- Flexible schedule and ability to work on weekends
Qualifications:
- 2 + years of retail experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with team members and customers
- Proven ability to drive sales in a retail environment
- Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and during peak season periods
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail technology
