This Position reports to:
Inside Sales Manager, USA
As a Sales & Service Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for end to end support of products/systems/services for Emergency and Hazardous location lighting in accordance with the business strategy. Achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets. Build long term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues.
The work model for the role is hybrid (between 2 and 3 days per week at the office in Dorval).
This role is contributing to the Emergency and Hazardous location lighting for the US market. Main stakeholders are our network of sales agents, market partners and factory direct customers.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Quoting products/systems/services to customers and market partners in alignment with departmental directives (Sales margin analysis and overage approval).
- Establish and maintain effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product/systems/services offering, and align to provide a solution.
- Processing and regular status reviews of orders, in alignment with KPI targets, and propose alternative solutions in the event of problem status of orders.
- Support and drive the development of new market opportunities in the designated regions and ensure know-how sharing and cross-collaboration with customers and market partners.
- Manage and support account/market partner returns and credit requests

Requirements:
- Comfortable with multiple technologies and computer proficient.
- Proficient with Microsoft tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint as well as PDF Exchange Editor.
- Time and task management.
- Advanced communication skills over multiple platforms (email, phone, video conference, etc..)
- Driven and motivated with the ability to proactively identify problems and bring them to the attention of management.
- Team mind-set with ability to work cooperatively with others.
