Job Summary: The Sales and Partnerships Manager will drive significant growth by securing new foam buying accounts and forging strategic partnerships. This role is crucial for identifying new B2B clients, building channel relationships across key sectors, and leveraging marketing collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Account Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and secure new foam buying accounts, including upholstery shops, furniture manufacturers, and other B2B users of foam.
- Strategic Channel Partnerships: Build and manage strategic partnerships across the auto, marine, bedding, and industrial sectors.
- Influencer & Marketing Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with influencers and marketing partners to promote Foamite products and enhance brand visibility.
- Retail Sales Support: Support our existing retail sales operation, assisting with product knowledge and sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in B2B sales or business development (3+ years).
- Must have experience in furniture, bedding, or a related industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, English language skills, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Compensation & Schedule:
- Compensation: Base Salary + Commission with upside
- Work Week: 36 hours: Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, 9 AM - 5 PM; Sat 10 AM - 2 PM.
- Reports to: President
- Travel: Light travel for occasional trade shows; most sales can be done in-house.
