Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our services.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
- Utilize Salesforce to track customer interactions, manage leads, and report on marketing performance.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential clients to secure business deals.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about competitors and industry developments.
- Provide account management support by ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in security services sales.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Fluency in English
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. .
