Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of offshore RPA developers, ensuring seamless collaboration and coordination with onshore teams
- Design and implement RPA solutions using UiPath and Power Automate, adhering to best practices
- Manage Orchestrator Infrastructure to ensure high availability, scalability and performance of robots which includes governance of RPA operations, managing robot provisioning, scheduling and monitoring jobs, handling queues and assets, configuring environments and maintaining role-based access control
- Analyze and support RPA solutions by monitoring bot performance, utilization, license management and deployment in production and pre-production environments
- Ensure code/configurations adhere to the security, logging, error handling, performance standards and non-functional requirements
- Collaborating with Architecture and other technical leads on solutions, best practices
- Partner with Program Managers, Project Managers, and Business Analysts to frame, assess, and deliver solutions
- Perform feasibility analysis of potential automation opportunities
- Create and maintain documentation related to RPA projects including technical design documents, process design documents, and process maps
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise in the day-to-day running of RPA processes, performing code reviews to provide meaningful feedback and ensure adherence to architecture, security and other critical elements
Skills and Experience
- At least 7 years experience in a technical leadership position
- At least 5 years experience with UiPath or similar technologies
- At least 3 years experience leading and coordinating with offshore teams
- At least 2 years experience building workflows with Power Automate Cloud and Desktop
- Strong working experience managing robots and the Orchestrator
- Significant exposure to SQL & NoSQL database technologies
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or C#/.NET considered an asset
- Excellent collaboration skills with technical leads, architects, Program Managers, Project Managers, and Business Analysts.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality RPA solutions and adhering to best practices.
- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies, including Scrum required
