Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Route Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering, stocking and merchandising snacks and bread products to a variety of retail customers, including convenience stores, dollar stores, and many others across the Niagara region using a delivery truck.
Your day will involve managing inventory, building store orders, and ensuring that products are fresh, well-stocked, and properly displayed on shelves. You will also play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and upselling techniques.
Responsibilities
- Deliver products to assigned customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Restock and organize products (cakes, bread, snacks) on store shelves and displays.
- Monitor store inventory, identify product needs, and build orders for delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handle heavy lifting of products as needed during deliveries.
- Maintain organized records of sales activities, customer interactions, and route schedules.
Skills
- Proven experience in retail merchandising, consumer goods, or direct store delivery is a plus.
- Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs. and perform tasks such as stocking, inventory management, and merchandising.
- Active and physically demanding role
- Valid full G License for operating delivery vehicles.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Work schedule includes holidays and weekends.

Pay: $21.50 per hour
