We're seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Authorized Representative, serving as a Rogers Sales Representative for Rogers Telecommunications in the region. The Rogers Sales Representative position will focus on spearheading our telecommunications business development and customer experience campaign, to achieve outstanding customer satisfaction and brand retention. The Rogers Sales Representative will be an adaptable and self-motivated individual, striving to meet our company's sales goals and set an example of excellence in service, ROI, and a key contributor to our team.
The Rogers Sales Representative’s day-to-day focus is to:
- Directly Engage with potential and existing customers in person, identifying opportunities to promote Rogers’ top-tier Telecommunications products and services, creating individual solutions to meet their unique needs
- Drive long-term customer satisfaction and retention by fostering relationships based on trust, ensuring brand loyalty, and a positive experience
- Inform customers of upcoming sales opportunities, staying up-to-date with promotions, pricing advantages, and bundles they can acquire in the near future
- Gather customer feedback, striving to improve the service, sales process, and customer satisfaction and retention, identifying opportunities for improvement and betterment of the company’s practices for a better customer experience
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales goals, individually and in collaboration with other Rogers Sales Representative team members, driving revenue and fostering long-term relationships.
The Key Qualifications and skills of the Rogers Sales Representative are:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; upper-level coursework is desired but not required
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales, account management, face-to-face customer experience, or related role is highly desirable and recommended
- Self-starter, actively looking for ways to improve and expand skills and knowledge
- Natural people person; building relationships with customers comes easy, and you are able to drive engagement and customer satisfaction and retention
- Integrity and passion, following compliance guidelines and handling sensitive customer information with trust
- Works well with people of different backgrounds and personalities, collaborating successfully in a team environment and a customer-facing position

Pay: $44,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
