We’re growing our Rogers team and actively hiring a full-time Rogers Representative to support customer growth and brand engagement. As an Authorized Rogers Representative, we’ve been selected to represent their services directly to customers, helping expand reach and increase local satisfaction. This is a fast-paced, entry-level opportunity focused on sales performance, customer support, and business development.
As a Rogers Representative, you’ll become the go-to connection between customers and one of Canada’s most recognizable telecom brands. Whether assisting with plan options, recommending upgrades, or processing new accounts, you’ll be a vital part of creating smooth, confident, and professional customer interactions.
As a Rogers Representative, you will:
- Engage directly with customers to explain Rogers plans, features, and promotions
- Help customers enroll in new Rogers services and upgrade their accounts
- Answer basic service questions and offer clear, customer-first solutions
- Support daily sales goals and maintain strong performance benchmarks
- Manage customer records, update accounts, and track follow-up activity
- Represent the Rogers brand in a professional, positive, and respectful way
- Work with your team to meet campaign expectations and drive business growth
