Nicholas Caragianis Architect Inc is a medium sized firm located in Ottawa, with projects across Canada. We are looking for an experienced BIM manager to aid staff in developing and maintaining base elements and best practices in Revit contract document packages coordination and production. Looking for a skilled and experienced architectural BIM Manager to support our team part-time. Key personal attributes required are excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, good communication skills, and a great team attitude. Proven Revit experience and competency with references required. Bilingual French and English considered an asset.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Accredited Architectural Technologist Diploma or equivalent,
-Good understanding of theory of technical building details
- minimum three years experience using the OBC and/or NBCC,
- Proficient in Revit and skilled in organizing and establishing protocols,
- Ability to work independently as well in a collaborative environment,
- Enthusiastic in leading team and monitoring adherence to process,
