Summary
As a Retail Store Cleaner at JM Cleaning Services Inc., you will play a vital role in execution daily operations and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Job activities are set for nightly, starting at 9:00 pm, for 2.5 hours per night. This position is crucial for maintaining our reputation as the preferred cleaning service provider while fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
Keep and maintain Store floors impeccable executing a thorough sweeping, autoscrubbing, wet mopping, propane burnishing and detailing.
Also, maintain clean and disinfect common areas and restrooms.
- Maintain daily cleaning operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Best perform of cleaning practices and company policies.
- Manage inventory and supplies to ensure all cleaning materials are available.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address their needs and concerns.
- Provide feedback to enhance productivity.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a cleaning role within retail or service industries oparating autoscrubber and propane burnisher.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written in English
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
