SALES ASSOCIATE (Part-time)

We are currently looking for part-time Sales Associates to join our innovative, growing company which will be located in the Stone Road Mall, to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, fun and professional work environment. Reporting to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, Sales Associates are the welcoming faces that greet customers and provide them with a memorable buying experience. Sales Associates must provide the excellent customer service and support we’re known for. They are excellent communicators who have a knack for building relationships.
With a keen eye on customer satisfaction, the Sales Associate answers questions, handles complaints ensuring maximum client satisfaction, and maintains a clean, well-organized sales floor. They are the driving force behind new and ongoing sales opportunities — directly impacting The Quark Group’s growth and success. Ultimately the duties of a Sales Associate are to achieve excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals.

We’d Love to Hear from People With:
· Relevant retail sales experience however other sales driven environments will be accepted.
· Secondary school graduates or GED.
· A positive attitude and strong work ethic
· Your proven experience as a collaborative and respectful team player
· Your commitment to maintaining an emotionally safe work environment for you, your colleagues, and your customers.
· Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends.
· Willingness to learn new skills and share laughs when appropriate (always!)
· Outgoing, professional personality with the ability to build relationships quickly.
· Excellent communication and listening skills.
· Computer skills: POS system, Outlook, MS Office tools.
· A passionate and engaged brand ambassador.
