We are currently seeking passionate and knowledgeable individuals to support our retail sales and daily operations. Ideal candidates will have a background in natural health and supplementation, along with a strong commitment to outstanding customer service.
Qualifications:
- Education or working toward certification in a natural health field such as:
- Certified Nutritional Practitioner (CNP)
- Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN)
- Naturopathic Doctor (ND)
- Or equivalent experience and product knowledge
- A friendly, professional attitude with a desire to help others
- Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment
- Offer accurate product information and supplement guidance
- Greet customers, assist with purchases, and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store
- Participate in ongoing training sessions, webinars, and supplier education
**Evening and weekend availability is required.
