Dark Horse Estate Winery Incorporated is a dynamic winery within the picturesque setting of Huron County. Dark Horse Estate Winery is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our retail wine sales, seasonal part-time position available asap. Someone who is enthusiastic about enhancing guest experiences with exceptional customer service, provide guests with an outstanding and unique winery experience.
Candidate should be able to work flexible hours and weekends.
Wine shop tasks and skills:
Develop ongoing relationships with guests to stimulate repeat visits and future sales
Host a unique and fun experience with guests while managing multiple guests in a fast paced environment
Ability to work well individually and within a team
Handle routine retail transactions, including operating cash registers/POS system for daily sales
Serving guests with array of wines and small fare
Assist in other duties as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Must have a passion for wine
Prior experience in the hospitality industry
Professional personal presentation
Outstanding sales skills
Able to work most weekends and holidays
Must haves:
Over 19 years of age.
Able to lift 40lbs, and stand for extended periods of time
