Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Retail Manager to oversee our store operations and lead our team to success. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a keen understanding of retail sales. As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing inventory, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers while leading our team to efficiency and success.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve targets and provide outstanding customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, cash handling procedures, cleaning duties, online upkeep, and more.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining brand standards.
- Monitor pricing strategies and ensure competitive pricing in line with market trends.
- Maintain a clean, organized store environment that enhances the shopping experience for customers.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Analyze and identify areas for improvement.
- Additional duties as required by the owner.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships with customers.
- Experience in retail sales management with a track record of achieving goals.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to recruit, train, and develop team members while fostering a positive work environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37 – 42 per week

- Consignment: 1 year (preferred)
