Duties
- Greet and assist customers as they enter the store, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing customer understanding.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and promotions.
- Utilize technology sales techniques to effectively upsell products and maximize sales opportunities.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accuracy in cash handling procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, restocking merchandise as needed to ensure product availability.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Exhibit strong phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Familiarity with technology sales and product demonstrations is advantageous.
- Proficient in using POS systems and handling cash transactions accurately.
- Ability to engage customers through effective upselling techniques while maintaining a positive shopping experience.
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
- A team player who can work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Possession and Acquisition License required
